Italian Easter Bread-Guti di Pasqua

Oppskrift 

1 kopp melk
2 pakker tørrgjær
4 egg, romtemperatur
1 ts vaniljesukker
1/2 kopp sukker
4 1/2 kopp  hvetemel (kan trenge  noko meir til utbakinga)
1 ss. sitronskall
1 ts  salt
8 ss. smør, romtemperatur (skåret i 1 cm biter)
4-6 farget egg med skall

Pensling
1 egg
1 ss vann

 

La det heve under klede i 40-50 min. Sett steike ovnen på 220 grader.  Pensle flette loffen med piska egg og vatn før steiking. Steik på plate i 15- 20 minutt til den er gyllen.
